Return & Refund Policy

At Kolored On Purpose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that do not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items, including monogrammed or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Sale and clearance items, which are marked as final sale.
  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery at customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.


3. Return & Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  2. We will review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided in our email.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except when returning an incorrect or defective item.
  • Kolored On Purpose does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except when a return is due to an error on our part.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If a return is rejected due to ineligibility, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed based on item availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
  • To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com within seven days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide further instructions to resolve the issue.
