This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and important details regarding orders placed through Kolored On Purpose. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, provided the product is in stock.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, unless an extreme backlog occurs.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number within one business day of shipment.

2. Shipping Carrier & Methods

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, our standard shipping method.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.
  • Expedited shipping, when available, is offered at an additional cost and will be presented as an option at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Options

Delivery times vary based on USPS transit times. Estimated timeframes:

Important Notes:

  • The estimated delivery time does not include processing time.
  • Expedited shipping, is available at an additional cost and may be selected at checkout when offered.
  • Orders may arrive sooner or later than expected due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or holiday surges.
  • Kolored On Purpose is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is available on a limited basis. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com for inquiries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available for select locations. Please review the following details:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
  • Customs Delays: International orders may be delayed due to customs clearance processes beyond our control.
  • Tracking & Delivery: Once your package reaches the destination country, tracking may be updated by the local postal service or carrier.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in USPS’s system.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days of placing your order, contact customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Kolored On Purpose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by USPS.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we recommend checking with USPS first before reaching out to us.
  • If your tracking number states "delivered" but you have not received your package:
    • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
    • Contact USPS with your tracking number to open an investigation.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at customerservice@koloredonpurpose.com as soon as possible.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For pre-ordered or backordered items:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
  • If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship separately or hold the order until all items are available.

10. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL delays)
  • Holiday surges
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Once a package is in transit, Kolored On Purpose is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
